About Us
D&M Electrical, located in Central Illinois, specializes in selling, servicing
and buying new and used alternative power sources. With the advantage of being
centrally located in the United States, we are able to meet the needs of many
customers that otherwise would not have the backup power options. We deal with
our customers’ needs ranging from residential to industrial backup power
generation unique needs. We help our customers define their alternative power
sources needs, as in the amount of power needed to run their application from
homes to agricultural farms to industrial businesses. We focus on diesel,
natural gas and liquid propane generators from small portable generator units to
2-megawatt generators.
History of D&M Electrical
D&M Electrical was established in 1995. D&M Electrical started as Dean and
Marcia Fearday realizing the special needs of our local customers for
alternative power sources. Dean and Marcia Fearday have been involved in the
electrical industry for 35 years, and specializing in the generator industry for
10 years. D&M Electrical strives to meet the need for options other than the
electrical power companies. We have grown into a company that reaches the power
needs of many individuals and companies around the United States as well as
worldwide. Our office staff is friendly and knowledgeable of our products and
services as well as our technical staff is experienced and trained in their
field.
Products and Services
D&M Electrical provides our customers with the alternative power source as need
with their business or personal demands. We supply our customer base with a
large range of sizes and capability of generators, from a small portable gas
generator to a large prime powered generators. We sell a variety of brands of
generators including: Cummins Onan, Generac, Caterpillar, Detroit, Kohler, Allis
Chalmers, Baldor and many others. We also supply our customers with transfer switch
options, manual and automatic and other accessories for their alternative power
solutions. D&M Electrical also offers servicing of any size of generators from a
small 10-kilowatt portable generator to 2,000 kW generators. The servicing
includes oil changes, replacement parts, updating controls and other equipment
on generators. We also install and de-install generators and other equipment for
many companies and customers. Our service area is a 300-mile radius from Neoga,
Illinois.
